China Culture Today: The Modern Chinese Culture

Sir Edward B. Tylor, a British Anthropologist, once mentioned that culture is a multifaceted whole which includes knowledge, belief, art, morals, law, custom and any other habits acquired by man in the society. And the China culture today has transformed in some ways.

The culture of China today has changed from the past decades. I was born in 80’s and enjoyed my childhood in the 90’s. And I can say that there were lots of changes in cultural aspects of my fellow Filipinos due to industrialization and globalization. And this happens to almost all countries like China.

1.    Women and Marriage Today:

Changes in social and cultural make-up of China can be traced from the growing number of influential people like celebrities, higher government officials, entrepreneurs, and all other highly skilled professionals. (Frederick, 2011)
